1. Agreement Overview

These terms and conditions govern the use of the services by Omnitech and DinDin platforms, encompassing social media marketing, managing online ordering platforms, card processing, and responding to Google reviews on behalf of the restaurant.

2. SMS Notifications

By providing your mobile phone number to Omnitech LLC, you consent to receive text messages from us for informational and promotional purposes.

SMS Terms & Conditions:

  • Standard messaging and data rates may apply when text messages from Omnitech LLC. Please consult your mobile service provider for details on any applicable charges.
  • Omnitech LLC respects your privacy and will not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.
  • We may, however, share your number with service providers who assist us in sending text messages or with law enforcement agencies if required by law.

3. Social Media Marketing

Omnitech and DinDin's team will post content on Facebook, Instagram, and Google platforms on behalf of the restaurant.

Important: Customers are responsible for the images used in posts. Omnitech and DinDin are not liable for any images provided by the customers.

4. Google Reviews Management

Omnitech and DinDin will respond to all Google reviews on behalf of the restaurant using pre-determined responses.

Customers have the option to modify any responses provided by the platform.

5. Online Ordering Platforms Management

Omnitech and DinDin can manage the restaurant's online ordering platforms on behalf of the restaurant.

Important Responsibilities:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that prices on the platforms are accurate.
  • Omnitech and DinDin are not accountable for any incorrect prices displayed on any of the platfomrs.

Third-Party Account Authorization

In certain circumstances, Omnitech LLC may require full permission from the customer to act on their behalf in assisting with the opening of accounts for third-party services such as Grubhub, Doordash, and Uber Eats.

Authorization Details:

  • By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and agree that Omnitech LLC has the authority to act on your behalf for this specific matter.
  • Omnitech LLC will take all necessary precautions to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal information while assisting in the opening of accounts.
  • We will only use the information provided by you for the intended purpose and will not disclose it to any third party without your explicit consent.
  • Omnitech LLC will not be held liable for any actions taken by third-party services once the accounts have been successfully opened.

Revocation of Authorization

Should you wish to revoke the permission granted to Omnitech LLC to act on your behalf in opening accounts for Grubhub, Doordash, and Uber Eats, you must notify us in writing at 181 N Grant St. Suite 103 Canby, OR 97013 or by email to support@omnitech.pro.

Upon receipt of your request, we will cease any further assistance in opening accounts for these services on your behalf.

6. DinDin Online Ordering Platform

Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions periodically for any changes.

Wire Transaction Fees:

  • A fee will be charged for all wire transactions from orders on the DinDin platform.
  • Wire transactions are usually deposited in the merchant's bank account on a weekly basis, except for holidays.

7. Liability

Customers understand and agree that services provided by Omnitech and DinDin are carried out to the best of our ability but we do not guarantee specific results.

Important: Omnitech and DinDin are not responsible for any losses or damages incurred due to the use of the services.

8. Modifications

Omnitech and DinDin reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions periodically for any changes.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.

Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be settled.

10. Agreement

By using the services provided by Omnitech and DinDin, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

By continuing to engage with Omnitech LLC and utilizing our services, you implicitly agree to these terms and conditions regarding the assistance in opening accounts for Grubhub, Doordash, and Uber Eats.

These terms are effective as of January 2026 and replace all prior versions.
